SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THIS IS WHAT
Oh. So Turbo is like Cars and Ratatouille but with snails.
I can’t believe I was ever confused.
Or thought it would never raise a cent of profit or praise.
I don’t want a Minions movie.
I want the stop-motion Addams Family movie Illuminations announced back in May 2010.
I don’t need a Penguins of Madagascar feature film either.
I’ll just take the next three How to Train Your Dragon movies now, please.

I just heard on the news that they are building their own park in Jersey, about ten miles outside NY. I don’t think it’s a good idea lol and I’ve never been to Jersey, but from the footage they showed on the news it looked like they picked a pretty run down area.
I also recently learned that dreamworks coincides with Rotal Caribbean cruises. They have meet and greats with the characters on the ship, which I just find weird lol
It’s an awful location. And it’s an IN DOORS theme park. Which I’ve never been a fan of I feel like I’m at Jungle Gyms or Chuck E Cheese and… there’s just something about being able to see walls and ceilings that I can’t really imaging feeling the magic when meeting Hiccup and Astrid.
DreamWorks use to meet and greet at Universal Studios until USO ended that contract and all of a sudden pulled the Madagascar characters from sets and stripped away the props across from Horror Make up Show. Now all they have left is the Shrek village and 3D attraction which will eventually disappear with time. It’s because USO is now exclusive with Illumination Entertainment.
DreamWorks animated characters are still the entertainment side of two companies - Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Gay Lord Palms Hotel. Gay Lord has the characters out at their six (?) hotels across the US every day, including Shrek, Princess Fiona, Ogre Fiona, Po, Alex, Mort, King Julien, Puss in Boots, and the Penguins. They have special events through out the year that non hotel guests can pay to get in and meet the characters.
Royal Caribbean has those same characters and more- also the How to Train Your Dragon on Ice show.
I don’t understand how DreamWorks feels they can take this financial risk. This is a pretty big step - Although we should not anticipate even a Six Flags sort of level. I think they can do this but it’d take a big chunk of money to be good. The upcoming and then cancelled plans at USO were phenomenal ideas that I was really sad to see called off. The Lost Continent which is now a waste land until they figure out if they’re going to expand Hogsmeade into that area, was going to be so epic as a Berk themed place, and they could replace Sinbad with a Dragon Training show and just AUGH.
It took me 12 years to go frame by frame and realize that weird lag I had always noticed was Tulio pausing to kiss Miguel before pushing him off the cliff in a desperate attempt to save their lives…
